Bay Leaf and Clove Herbal Tea

Ingredients:

3–4 dried bay leaves

5–7 whole cloves

2 cups of water

Honey or  lemon (optional, for taste)

Add the water to a small pot and place it on medium heat.

Put the bay leaves and cloves into the water.

Bring the mixture to a gentle boil.

Tea

Reduce the heat and let it simmer for 10–15 minutes, allowing the flavors to infuse.

Turn off the heat and strain the tea into a cup.

Add honey or lemon if desired.

Serve warm and enjoy.
