The Doorstep Miracle… or the Secret She Never Expected

Tina smiled… but this time, her smile was different. Calm. Deep. Almost… knowing.

“I came to check on the children,” she said.

Rosemary stood up slowly. “Where have you been for three months? I’ve been looking for you everywhere. No one knows you. Who are you, Tina?”

There was a long silence.

Then Tina took a step forward.

“I’m not who you think I am.”

A chill ran down Rosemary’s spine.

“What do you mean…?” she asked.

Tina looked at the twins, who suddenly stopped crying and stared at her… as if they recognized her.

“I was sent to you,” Tina said gently. “The night before you found them… I came to you in your dreams.”

Rosemary’s eyes widened.

“The babies…” Tina continued, “they were never meant to die. They were meant to find you.”

“But… the note… the carton… the crying…” Rosemary stammered.

“All part of what you needed to believe,” Tina replied. “Faith doesn’t grow in comfort. It grows in uncertainty.”

Tears filled Rosemary’s eyes.
