Ingredients (Makes 4 wraps)

  • 2 large chicken breasts (about 500g), diced

  • 1 tsp  olive oil

  • 4 cloves garlic, minced

  • 1 tsp paprika

  • ½ tsp black pepper

    Garlic Chicken Marinade
  • ½ tsp salt

  • ½ tsp Italian seasoning

  • 1 cup low-fat shredded mozzarella

  • ½ cup nonfat  Greek yogurt (or light sour cream)

  • ¼ cup light cream  cheese

  • 4 high-protein or low-carb tortillas

  • Optional: chopped spinach or bell peppers
